1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, usage, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Original Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for your order.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Products that have been used or are damaged due to customer handling.

  4. Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (COD).
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the item is not returned in its original condition, or there are signs of wear, we may offer a partial refund or deny the return.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the price difference once the return is processed.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Offer a replacement at no extra cost or
  • Provide a full refund if the item is no longer in stock. We may ask for photos or additional information to assess the condition of the product.

6. Late Returns

If the return request is made after the 30-day window, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. We encourage you to inspect your products as soon as you receive them to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in the case of a damaged or defective product.
